Demand & Supply Planning
* Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts in collaboration with Sales and Marketing
* Translate demand plans into feasible supply and inventory strategies
* Balance demand, supply, and capacity constraints to ensure availability
Inventory & Performance Management
* Optimize inventory levels (service level vs. working capital)
* Monitor and improve KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service level, stock coverage
* Identify and mitigate supply chain risks (shortages, excess stock)
SOP / Cross-Functional Alignment
* Support and drive the Sales & Operations Planning (SOP) process
* Align demand, supply, and financial planning cycles
* Act as key interface between Sales, Procurement, Production, and Finance
Operations & Execution
* Manage order flows, replenishment, and product availability
* Coordinate logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities if required
* Ensure timely and accurate execution of supply chain processes
Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement
* Analyse supply chain data to identify improvement opportunities
* Develop dashboards, reports, and planning insights
* Drive process optimisation and digitalisation initiatives
In order to be successful in this role, you bring the following attributes:
* Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or similar
* 3-7 years experience in Supply Chain Planning / Operations in the pharma industry or similar
* Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
* Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / IBP / APO / Excel)
* Solid understanding of E2E supply chain processes
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Fluent in German and English
