DEINE MISSION
Build, expand, and operationally manage long-term relationships with key customers to identify growth opportunities
Serve as the primary contact for all operational and technical inquiries, including order and offer management, pricing, credit notes, and claim handling
Lead negotiations on frame contracts and pricing in line with company strategy
Provide high-level technical sales expertise, including interpreting technical drawings and aligning solutions with customer needs
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, and Production
Drive proactive sales initiatives and support product promotion across multiple customer segments
DEIN PROFIL
Technical education (e.g. apprenticeship in mechanical, electrical, or industrial fields and/or a degree of higher education in Engineering, or Industrial Management, or equivalent)
Commercial education (e.g. Commercial apprenticeship Swiss Federal VET Diploma, “EFZ, degree in Business Administration, Sales or equivalent Commercial education)
5 years of experience in internal sales of technical or industrial products
Interest in potentially leading a team in the future
Strong negotiation and customer management skills with proven ability to drive sales performance
