Your main missions: Implement individualized support for adult public (over 25 years) aimed at professional integration, development of autonomy, and sustainable access to employment; Support individuals in their job search, internships, or retraining; Encourage the development of skills and professional growth; Ensure follow-up related to the files of the individuals supported; Design, coordinate, and implement professional insertion projects; Link individuals being supported with job market opportunities (placement); Work in collaboration with municipal services, institutional partners; Collaborate with social workers in the sector to address cross-sectoral issues; Develop and maintain a network of businesses and raise their awareness of welcoming people in insertion (internships, jobs); Develop municipal insertion tools in partnership with the human resources department; Act as an interface between employers and individuals being supported; Organize collective actions related to the world of work (events) in connection with the profile: Hold a diploma in a relevant field deemed equivalent, and have at least 5 years of experience in the field of professional insertion; Good knowledge of the LACI, LASLP, and Geneva insertion mechanisms; Excellent understanding of the Geneva economic landscape; Good knowledge of the Geneva socio-health system; Perfect mastery of the French language and excellent writing skills; Very good mastery of standard office tools; Good listening skills; Application process: A complete application file (cover letter, CV, and diplomas) must be submitted exclusively via this platform (applications received by email or mail will not be considered).
