We're a small SAP CX shop. We implement Sales Cloud V2 and Service Cloud V2 for Swiss and European mid-market companies, and we do it properly. No oversized teams, no endless slide decks, no handing the client off to someone who's never seen the system. If you join, you'll own real projects from kickoff to go-live and talk to customers directly.
What you'd actually do
Run Sales Cloud V2 implementations end to end. That means sitting with the customer to understand how they sell, configuring the system to match, building the integration to S/4HANA or wherever their data lives, and being there when it goes live. You'll write the occasional bit of code when an integration or extension needs it: CPI/Integration Suite, a Groovy script, a BTP service. You'll also be the person the client calls when something breaks, and you'll be the one who fixes it.
It's a boutique, so you wear a few hats. Some weeks are deep config and integration work. Some are workshops and demos. That variety is the job, not a bug.
Who fits
You've done SAP CX before. Ideally Sales or Service Cloud V2, but if you're strong on V1 / C4C and ready to move, we'll talk.
You understand the surrounding plumbing: BTP, Integration Suite, IAS/IPS, and how CX talks to S/4HANA.
You're comfortable in front of a customer. You can explain a technical decision to someone non-technical without making them feel stupid.
You can read and write a bit of code when needed. You don't have to be a full-time developer, but a broken integration shouldn't stop you cold.
German is important for our Swiss clients (Swiss German welcome). French or Italian are a plus given our customers across CH/FR/IT. English is a given.
What we're not looking for
Someone who needs a 12-person project structure and a fixed playbook to function. We move fast and decide fast, and you'll have a lot of room, which only works if you like that kind of autonomy.
What you get
Real ownership, direct client contact, and a flat setup where your work is visible. Based in Zug, with sensible flexibility on where you work day to day. Compensation is competitive and we're happy to talk specifics early.
Interested?
Send a short note about a project you actually shipped. What was messy, what you'd do differently. That tells us more than a CV.
