Job Description: We are seeking a Business Transformation Project Manager with expertise in CMMC, NIST, and DFARS compliance for our Zurich-based client in the Aerospace industry.
Your tasks: Lead workshops with stakeholders to analyze and improve CUI data flows and evaluate business processes for compliance and efficiency.
Review and recommend updates to processes across functions such as Sales & Marketing, Project Management, Engineering/Manufacturing, and Order-to-Cash.
Collaborate with local process owners to implement approved process updates using standard formats and procedures.
Coordinate with business analysts to ensure project alignment and avoid duplication.
Partner with IT and IS teams to define scope and support process documentation and SOP creation.
Engage with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to drive process adoption and alignment.
Create detailed process documentation and reports at the country level.
Your experience/knowledge: Several years as a Business Analyst or Business Transformation PM, experienced in process mapping and SOP updates (e.g., using Visio).
Strong background in NIST and CMMC compliance.
High-level understanding of interactions among engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing functions.
Experience supporting compliance efforts like DFARS/CMMC and working with IT, cybersecurity, and legal teams.
Effective collaboration with diverse departments.
Language skills: English.
