You will add your own guidance to the ownership solution, validating and adjusting it as needed to ensure a successful delivery. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liTake over the customer once the order has been placed and guide them through the delivery process. /li liValidate and adjust the purchase solution designed by the Tesla Advisor to ensure a successful delivery process. /li liCreate an ownership solution for customers who have made their purchase without previous interaction with Tesla. /li liSupport customers with financing, trade‑ins, and registration, ensuring a smooth and timely delivery process. /li liCommunicate regularly with customers, setting expectations and providing updates on delivery timelines. /li liAddress any questions or concerns that customers may have and provide solutions to any problems that arise. /li liEnsure that all required documentation is completed accurately and on time. /li liAdhere closely to all processes to ensure speedy revenue recognition and cash collection. /li liCoordinate with other Tesla team members, including the Delivery Experience team and the Service team, to provide a seamless customer experience. /li liEnsure that all customers are satisfied with their delivery experience and that any issues are resolved to their satisfaction. /li liConduct vehicle handovers and meet or exceed delivery targets and performance metrics. /li /ul h3General Duties /h3 ul liOperate with a flexible mindset to support sales and delivery needs across the team. /li liEnsure that customer details and all actions are accurately tracked and updated in internal systems. /li liExecute on and share best practices with and across your Tesla location. /li liEducate customers on the full Tesla ecosystem and all available solutions. /li liExecute on sales administrative duties in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders. /li liManage any additional duties to support wider business requirements. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong operations skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. /li liGood problem‑solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues before they arise. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. /li liAbility to explain complex topics to customers in simple terms in English and French; German is a plus. /li liAttention to detail and a focus on accuracy, with the ability to complete documentation accurately and on time. /li liAbility to work independently and as part of a team. /li liPassion for Tesla's mission and products, and a desire to provide an exceptional customer experience. /li /ul pAt Tesla, we believe that the delivery experience is an essential part of the customer journey, and that every customer deserves a frictionless and exceptional experience when taking delivery of their Tesla vehicle.
