Description
* Ensures all HR and Health & Safety policies and procedures are communicated, understood and adopted
* Lead, plan and implement the various stages of improvement and strategic projects that drive efficiencies and improve service levels whilst optimizing costs
* Support the evaluation of ad hoc improvement opportunities
* Serve as Project Manager for multiple projects concurrently as required, leading and facilitating cross‑functional project teams
* Develop, manage and control project‑related budgets
* Facilitate, train and coach team members in the use of Lean Six Sigma tools, constantly seeking, sharing and implementing best practice
* Hold presentations, facilitate meetings and training, and create reports that support and drive a continuous improvement culture
* Develop a reporting mechanism to monitor, control and evaluate impact of improvement projects
Qualifications
Requirements and experience
* Minimum 5 years experience
* Prefer minimum 3 years in the cosmetics or pharmaceuticals industries
* Experience of preparation for and taking part in customs audits
* SAP knowledge advantageous
* MS Office mandatory, e.g., Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint (basic)
