Your Mission
As
Global Manager – IT Logistics
, you'll:
* Lead and develop a team of 6 in IT Logistics (logistics process managers and IT application engineers)
* Drive innovation in global intralogistics and production IT, incl. AGVs & automation
* Implement a group-wide CAQ system
* Contribute to the digital strategy across a global production footprint
* Plan and manage budgets, processes, and continuous improvement
* Collaborate across international teams with occasional global travel (~10%)

We're Looking For
* Several years in a similar role, ideally in Medical Technology
* Experience in physical development of laboratories in medtech or similar
* Experience with intralogistics, lab environments, or automated systems
* Fluent in
German and English
* A global mindset and readiness to support international expansion
