Requirements
* Completed legal studies (1st State Exam, LL.B., LL.M., dipl. Wirtschaftsjurist*in or similar)
* Strong knowledge of contract law
* Willingness to engage in comparative legal topics (esp. Swiss civil law)
* Interest in automation of legal workflows and use of AI tools for standard processes
* Ideally, experience with regulatory topics (e.g. finance or IT sector)
* Excellent German and business-level English
* Occasional travel to the Zurich HQ

What you bring
* Draft, review and negotiate national and international contracts (SaaS, IT, procurement)
* Support cross-functional legal questions across the company (e.g. marketing, HR, product, new business areas)
* Manage and improve our contract management system
* Coordinate with external legal advisors/law firms
* Ensure legal compliance across key business areas (data protection, employment law, regulatory topics, etc.)
