We are currently seeking an
experienced Scrum Master
to support agile teams within a leading bank. The ideal candidate is a proactive facilitator with a solid technical background and a proven track record of driving delivery in complex, multi-team environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Guide and support two agile teams in effectively applying Scrum and SAFe practices
* Facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure transparency across teams
* Manage dependencies and ensure alignment within the broader program
* Foster collaboration with demanding stakeholders and cross-functional teams
* Drive continuous improvement and promote agile best practices
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Scrum Master
* Hands-on background in software development or business analysis
* SAFe Scrum Master certification (or higher SAFe certification)
* Strong dependency and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in banking or financial services
* English required; German is a plus
