Your responsibilities
1. Administration tasks related to business partners, reinsurance contracts, and renewal submission data
2. Supporting underwriters in maintaining and developing existing and new business relationships
3. Preparation of figures as a basis for decision-making in assessing reinsurance contracts
4. Creating and maintaining reports for portfolio management and control
5. Handling internal and external (client/broker) correspondence
6. Collaborating across other reinsurance underwriting, actuarial, and accounting departments
7. Higher education with relevant experience in insurance/reinsurance
8. Strong commitment, willingness to learn, and exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
9. Proactive, independent, and structured work approach
10. Efficient use of MS Office programs, especially Excel
11. Ability to work well under pressure, particularly during renewal season
12. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish is an advantage
