This internship offers hands-on experience in Customer Relationship Management function. The Intern will be exposed to the large scope of CRM communications targeting Legal Age Nicotine Users (LANU) and aiming at boosting engagement for our smoke-free brands. Among other tasks, the Intern will support the team in planning, testing, and tracking CRM adhoc and automated campaigns.
Who we're looking for
* Available from February to August 2026
* Currently studying Bachelors/Masters degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Marketing
* Intermediate knowledge of CRM, Content Creation and Digital Marketing concepts
* Fluent in English + min. in one Swiss languages (German, French, Italian). German is a plus
* Consumer focused
* Data driven. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and PowerBI
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
* An eye for detail - ability to proof one's own work and catch errors
* Has a desire to learn and grow
* Highly organized, can multi-task in high-pressure situations
* Dependable and punctual
* Ability to work within a team environment
* Proactive, sense of initiative, self-motivated
Description
We are seeking an Intern to join the CRM team of the Swiss market. The Intern's duties will include supporting the quality assurance (testing) process of CRM communications, generating reports and insights of ad hoc and automated communications, supporting team's operational tasks, providing recommendations to optimize campaigns. The candidate must have a keen eye for detail, be consumer focused, data driven, and have a strong motivation to learn.
Roles & Objectives
* Support the quality assurance (testing) process of CRM communications
* Collect data from different sources to track results of CRM communications sent to LANU
* Prepare monthly reporting in collaboration with CRM team to generate insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns. Share reporting with CRM team to other marketing teams.
* Support deployment of CRM communication in participating in recurrent operational meetings and follow-up on action points (liaising with other teams for content & bug fixing)
* Collaborate with various internal teams to reach excellent in execution of CRM campaigns
* Learn about industry and other PMI markets best practices. Share ways to incorporate those learnings in our communications
* Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven relationship builder
* Ensure projects are completed with the highest quality and within the designated timeline
