Location: Zurich Start date: ASAP Duration: 10 months ? with possibility of extension Key Responsibilities - Lead Pricing workstreams (scope, timeline, budget, quality) aligned with the overall Pricing Programme. - Maintain integrated project plans, track milestones/dependencies, and coordinate distributed dev/support teams. - Chair delivery meetings, status reviews, and steering committees for transparency and alignment. - Implement risk/issue management, escalate blockers, and facilitate change control/impact assessments. - Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and financial overviews for governance and senior leadership. - Coordinate data flows, API contracts, and shared components across agile Pricing ART and app owners. - Support business acceptance testing, transition-to-operations, and iterative development cycles. - Ensure traceability from business requirements to delivered features for cost modelling/simulation logic. Skills - 3+ years as Senior IT Project Manager in software development; banking Pricing/Revenue experience advantageous. - Classic PM/programme leadership with strong Agile/Scrum/Kanban/SAFe understanding. - Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps for tactical/strategic programme execution. - Self-motivated communicator with facilitation, conflict resolution, and influence-without-authority skills. - Analytical mindset, emotional intelligence, English fluency (German beneficial), and continuous improvement focus.
