Job Description
Perform failure analysis and root cause investigations.
Establish and execute test plans for electronic systems.
Collect, organize, and analyze test results.
Validate digital signals (levels, timings, statistical analysis).
Validate ADC performance and voltage regulators (LDO, DCDC).
Benchmark performance of active and passive electronic components.
Troubleshoot hardware and firmware issues.
Prepare and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) for fabrication.
Support sensor and motor control for test fixtures.
Develop and integrate test fixtures.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of experience, or Technician with 5+ years.
Proficient in reading schematics and navigating multilayer PCBs.
Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, multimeter, soldering iron).
Comfortable reworking SMT parts down to 0402.
Experience with scripting and automation.
Strong organizational and team collaboration skills.
Good spoken communication in French or English.
Flexible and rigorous in task execution.
Self-motivated and autonomous with a proactive mindset.
Comfortable asking questions and seeking support when needed.
Experience with EMC testing and Python is a plus.
