Your primary responsibility will be to conduct in-depth research to gather user insights, identify pain points, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement user-centric design improvements. Key Responsibilities: Plan, conduct, and analyze various user research methods such as interviews, surveys, usability studies, and field studies to gather actionable insights. Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate research findings into actionable recommendations that drive product enhancements. Advocate for the user by championing user-centric design principles throughout the product development lifecycle. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prioritize research opportunities and inform product decisions.
