Role & Responsibilities
1. Lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies for personal and reinsurance lines of products.
2. Create, update, and maintain pricing models that accurately capture risk and ensure competitive positioning in the market.
3. Collaborate with product development teams to design insurance products that meet the needs of both the company and its clientele.
4. Utilize advanced analytics to assess risk potential and recommend appropriate pricing solutions.
5. Drive the strategic vision of the company forward by adopting innovative pricing mechanisms and product solutions.
6. Manage a team of actuaries and analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure departmental goals are achieved.
7. Adhere to and enforce strict regulatory and compliance standards throughout all operations and processes.
