Role & Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies for personal and reinsurance lines of products.
* Create, update, and maintain pricing models that accurately capture risk and ensure competitive positioning in the market.
* Collaborate with product development teams to design insurance products that meet the needs of both the company and its clientele.
* Utilize advanced analytics to assess risk potential and recommend appropriate pricing solutions.
* Drive the strategic vision of the company forward by adopting innovative pricing mechanisms and product solutions.
* Manage a team of actuaries and analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure departmental goals are achieved.
* Adhere to and enforce strict regulatory and compliance standards throughout all operations and processes.
