As a Product Manager, you will:
1. Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Sonar’s AI/ML capabilities, data platforms, telemetry systems.
2. Collaborate with AI researchers and product teams to bring innovative experiments to life through reusable and scalable product features.
3. Work across teams to make data visible, trustworthy, and actionable. From instrumentation and pipelines to metrics and dashboards.
4. Engage with internal stakeholders to understand pain points and translate them into strategic product decisions.
5. Balance investments in infrastructure, governance, experimentation capabilities, and delivery.
6. Evangelize a data-informed culture across Sonar, helping teams make better, faster, and smarter decisions.
The skills you will demonstrate
7. A passion for building AI/ML powered features and products.
8. 5+ years of experience in software Product Management, ideally within R&D, AI/ML or Data.
9. Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, model lifecycle management, applied research.
10. Technical fluency with modern architecture: pipelines, event-based systems, product analytics, etc.
11. Pragmatic mindset with the ability to zoom between big-picture strategy and operational roadmap.
12. Open, curious, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and change.
13. A positive, collaborative attitude and strong communication skills.
14. Leadership: you take initiative, challenge assumptions, and drive from concept to delivery.
