Job Overview
At TechBiz Global, we provide recruitment services to top clients across our portfolio. We are seeking a VP/AVP – Business Development to join a client team. This role is ideal for a seasoned consulting professional who combines deep industry expertise, strong client relationships, and the ability to translate business opportunities into tailored digital transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management: Manage and grow enterprise accounts valued between $5M–$15M annually. Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, ensuring account health, client satisfaction, and continuous value delivery through proactive engagement.

Relationship & Network Development: Leverage your professional network and industry connections to identify potential partnerships and business opportunities. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in non-core IT industries such as FinTech, Insurance, Energy, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, or Hi-Tech.

Solution Consulting & Business Alignment: Work closely with clients from their offices or onsite to co-create transformation roadmaps. Collaborate with delivery, technology, and consulting teams to design customized, outcome-driven solutions and bridge client needs with internal capabilities.

Market & Industry Expertise: Bring a strong domain specialization in one or more industries. Stay ahead of emerging trends and innovation opportunities within the chosen domain to advise clients credibly on transformation strategies.

Growth Enablement & Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance go-to-market positioning and service relevance. Identify account expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.

Experience & Qualifications

15+ years in IT consulting or technology services, with at least 5 years in a senior account management or client partner role in Europe.

Proven experience managing enterprise accounts in the $5M–$15M range.

Deep expertise in FinTech, Insurance, Energy, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, or Hi-Tech.

Previous experience in a leading consulting or IT services firm with exposure to complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.

Strong record of working onsite with clients and acting as a strategic liaison between business and delivery.

Established relationships and access to decision-makers in key industries relevant to digital transformation opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Flexibility to travel across Europe as needed for client engagement.
