Accountabilities
You will contribute directly to transaction execution and financial analysis, supporting complex investment decisions and deal structuring. Your responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining advanced financial models, particularly for single-asset real estate investments.
Analyzing asset performance, including cash flows, profit and loss statements, debt service coverage ratios, and key financial metrics.
Structuring and modeling complex capital stacks, including senior debt, mezzanine financing, preferred equity, and waterfall distributions.
Supporting a range of transactions such as acquisitions, refinancing, M&A deals, and corporate financing initiatives.
Conducting sensitivity analyses and scenario modeling to assess risk and return profiles.
