As an IT Support Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring a stable, reliable, and user-friendly IT workplace for employees across the maxon Group. You are the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries, ensuring fast resolution of incidents and a smooth daily IT experience, while actively contributing to modern workplace initiatives and international IT projects.
IT Support Specialist
Your area of responsibility • Analyze and resolve first-level IT incidents, questions, and service requests in a structured and solution-oriented way.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and workplace issues for end users.
• Install, configure, and deploy PCs, peripherals, telephones, and printers.
• Perform proactive maintenance of IT hardware and software environments.
• Support employees in the effective use of Microsoft 365 and modern workplace tools.
• Support Windows 11 and Modern Workplace rollouts, including Microsoft Autopilot.
• Collaborate with international ICT teams and participate in global IT projects across the maxon Group.
