Role Overview: Swiss-AS's Business Consultants are 'tech-savvy' Airline/MRO TechOps experts who leverage industry experience to guide our airline and MRO customers in implementing AMOS effectively.
Our Top 3 Selection Criteria:
1. Practical experience in airline & MRO supply chain and material management.
2. Expert-level knowledge of AMOS or other ERP systems.
3. Project management experience in digital implementation projects.
Your Main Tasks:
* Assess and implement efficient AMOS-based MRO processes within a fully configured digital ecosystem.
* Manage modules for supply chain, material forecasting, reordering, and interfaces with third-party digital software.
* Define and plan project scope and schedule from kick-off to go-live.
* Share expertise and participate in continuous upskilling within digital TechOps and project management.
Competence Requirements:
* At least two years of practical aviation industry experience, with knowledge of aircraft maintenance processes and regulations.
* Strong project management skills, especially in scheduling, scoping, and stakeholder analysis (PMP certification preferred).
* Digital skills related to software configuration, mobile devices, API integrations, and data management.
* Experience in process assessment using design mapping and value assessment techniques.
* Active recent use of AMOS at a key-user or super-user level.
Social & Personal Requirements:
* Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for workshops and client meetings.
* Ability to collaborate and communicate transparently within teams.
* Autonomous handling of complex and evolving projects.
* Fluency in English; proficiency in German is an asset.
* Willingness to travel and relocate to Basel, Switzerland.
