PbRoquette /b is a family-owned global leader in plant-based ingredients and a leading provider of pharmaceutical excipients. /ppbWant to help us make a difference? /bbr/Using plant-based resources, we collaborate with our customers and partners to imagine and offer ingredients to better feed people and treat patients.br/Each of our ingredients responds to unique and essential needs, and they enable healthier lifestyles. /ppbThe Role: /b /ppbCompensation: /b /ppbWhat You’ll Do: /b /ppCommercial Sales Development /pliDeliver annual sales, volume, variable margin, and profit targets for product lines and assigned accounts. /liliSell wet and dry co-products to beef, dairy, hog, poultry and other feed related industries while building long-term relationships with key stakeholders /liliProspect and identify new business development opportunities, leveraging market trends, customer needs, and targeted outreach. /liliCreate customer sales development plans and annual business plans to support growth objectives. /liliAbility to develop customer base and market out-of-spec/ distressed co-products into effective margin-enhancing feed-based solutions /lipAccount Management /pliServe as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high‑quality, responsive commercial experience. /liliLead and coordinate customer touchpoints including routine meetings, commercial discussions, business reviews, and cross‑functional engagements - Including routine plant operational meetings for consistent alignment /liliProvide accurate monthly sales and volume forecasts to support supply chain, production planning, and inventory management. /lipNegotiation Contract Management /pliLead pricing discussions, commercial offers, and contractual negotiations from initiation through final agreement. /liliEnsure accuracy in pricing, compliance with contractual terms, and alignment with company policies and commercial strategy. /lipMarket Customer Insights /pliTranslate customer insights into commercial opportunities and value-added solutions. /liliProvide market intelligence, including competitor activity, customer trends, and market data. /liliUtilize market research to identify target customers, new applications, and opportunities to valorize the portfolio. /lipbWhat You’ll Need: /b /ppEducation: /pliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Animal Science or related field /lipExperience: /pli4–6 years in B2B sales/account management /liliExperience selling co-products, feed ingredients, or related portfolio strongly preferred. /liliKnowledge of commodity freight and logistics /liliExperience with Salesforce, SAP, CRM tools a plus /liliPrior grain market experience/trading/ knowledge a plus /liliKnowledge of Canadian feed/ agricultural commodities a plus /liliExperience working direct with farm operations /liliCross-functional collaboration with manufacturing /lipPosition Type/Expected Hours of Work /pliThis is a full-time position that will occur from Monday - Friday. 50% travel is required. /lipbAAP/EEO Statement /b /ppbOther Duties /b /ppbIf you identify yourself in this position, please apply by uploading your resume and let's start the journey together! /b /ppRoquette is proud to be a global company where you can find personal and professional growth through multiple diverse experiences. /ppRoquette strives to create a dynamic workforce while remaining firmly committed to equal opportunity by complying with EEO laws.br/ /ppAs we continue to grow, Roquette understands that to be successful we must always be inclusive in our approach. /ppTo find out more about our products, values and sustainable development ambitions visit us at and at /p
