Technical Trainer Fire Safety Systems
We are looking for a motivated colleague as Technical Trainer Fire Safety Systems for our global Buildings Business Unit. In this role you are responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving high‑quality technical training programs related to Siemens’ fire detection and safety systems. You translate complex technical, regulatory, and system‑related topics into clear, practical, and engaging learning experiences for internal employees, customers, and partners. You combine deep technical expertise with strong didactic skills and collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure training content is aligned with product developments, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
Location : this position will be based in Zug, Switzerland (require legal eligibility to work in Switzerland).
Your responsibilities
1. Training Program Development: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive technical training concepts and curricula for fire safety systems and solutions, translating complex regulations and architectures into practical, learner‑focused content for various target groups (Technical Engineers, Technical Technicians, Project Managers, Technical Support, and End Users).
2. Training Delivery & Facilitation: Plan, organize, and conduct engaging technical fire safety trainings in diverse formats (classroom, virtual, hybrid), facilitating both theoretical sessions and practical, system‑based exercises for all skill levels.
3. Learning Content Creation & Management: Develop, update, and manage high‑quality learning assets, including documentation, presentations, manuals, exercises, and digital content (e‑learning, videos), ensuring alignment with current regulations and product releases.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Alignment: Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product Management, R&D, Technical support) to align training content with product updates, regulatory changes, and customer requirements.
5. Quality Assurance & Continuous Learning: Collect participant feedback to continuously improve training quality, actively supporting knowledge
