For their unique solution for the Semicon industry, we are looking for an experienced Product Management person with strong knowledge of the Semicon market, with Equipment expertise for Semicon.
Product & Business Development Manager Semiconductor
(m/w/d)
This is a role where the person will be responsible to further evolve our client’s solutions for their Semicon clients.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
1. Identifying new markets and customer needs within the semiconductor industry
2. Promoting the company’s products
3. Addressing or predicting client’s objectives
4. Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers (up to 25% travel)
5. Preparing sales contracts, providing feedback and after-sales support
6. Influencing the team’s Agile development to ensure appropriate product evolution
7. Direct Contribution to the growth of the company
8. Collaborating with others to fully leverage the technical capabilities, IP and know-how across the whole company

Your technical foundation is complemented with Sales or Business Development experience, good communication and relationship skills:
11. Several years experience within the semiconductor industry. Firsthand experience with the emerging MRAM technology is a plus.
12. Some years experience as a business development manager, sales manager or in an equivalent role
13. Experience in sales to early adopter customers
14. Technical credibility in semiconductor technology, materials science, measurement technologies, metrology giving you the foundation to engage customers and partners
15. Master’s or Ph.D. degree in physics/electrical engineering
16. Entrepreneurial spirit, passion for learning and a desire to work for a quickly growing company
17. Fluent in English, and preferably other languages
