Role and responsibilities
The successful candidate for this position will need to be able to support the technical development of packaging and delivery systems for new oral drugs within the Novartis Oral Packaging & Delivery Systems Group, from early phase activities up to commercialization and production scale up. In addition to outstanding inter-personal skills, a strong technical background in pharmaceutical packaging and drug delivery medical devices is crucial to be able to support, monitor and challenge internal and external development partners.

Main tasks
On-time and accurate execution of customer orders (prescription drugs) including monitoring and invoicing. Reception of telephone and written customer inquiries in German, (French, Italian, English). Administrative work related to purchase orders and invoices. Processing customer complaints and returns. Updating of price lists and order forms.
Responsibilities
* Timely and accurate processing of online and e-mail orders for medicines
* Receipt and customer-oriented processing of telephone enquiries in German, (French, Italian, English)
* Recording and monitoring of appointment orders
* Processing of returns, creation of replacement deliveries and credit notes
* Execution of credit checks in cooperation with the accounting department
* Administrative processing of transport damage
* Coordination of intercity orders
* Redirection processing according to stockouts
* Update of price lists and order forms
* Coordination with the warehouse in all sales matters
* Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special cases related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt
Education / Experience
Minimum requirements:
• Commercial degree
• SAP know-how, modules SD and MM, MS Office
Languages:
German, (French, Italian, English a plus)
Desirable professional experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, experience in the pharmaceutical environment
Personality:
Strong customer orientation (internal and external customers), precise way of working, open to changes and innovations, stress-resistant, used to working independently, team player
Good written and verbal communication skills.
