Accountabilities
Develop and execute growth marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, traffic, and engagement across priority audiences.
Transform existing content into high-performing cross-channel campaigns tailored for technical buyers, developers, and data professionals.
Use AI tools to scale content repurposing, campaign ideation, messaging creation, and workflow efficiency.
Build and grow presence across relevant ecosystems such as LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Hacker News, Stack Overflow, newsletters, and emerging communities.
Manage social media channels with an authentic brand voice and modern engagement strategies.
Launch rapid, iterative campaigns with channel-specific messaging, testing formats, offers, and creative approaches.
Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and optimize based on CTR, conversions, traffic, and engagement metrics.
Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product, sales, and demand generation teams to support broader pipeline goals.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally within technical, developer-focused, or data-driven products.
Proven track record launching and scaling successful multi-channel growth campaigns.
Strong copywriting and messaging skills with the ability to adapt tone by audience and platform.
Advanced familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar solutions for content creation and experimentation.
Deep understanding of channel nuances across professional communities, social platforms, and niche ecosystems.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or similar platforms.
Comfortable working independently in fast-moving environments where speed, iteration, and ownership are highly valued.
Bonus: familiarity with web scraping, developer tools, APIs, or data extraction markets.
