Who you are

At blp, you own value The value that is created by blp's AI automation platform for enterprise customers (e.g., Migros, Geberit, Freudenberg, Georg Fischer).

Unlike pure process-mining companies, you do not stop at theoretical business cases. You validate assumptions, track actual automation output, and verify how much value was actually realized through blp's software.

You learn from the best (Ex-McKinsey, Ex-Bain, Ex-Celonis) how to operate with consultant-level structure, run C-level meetings for enterprise clients, and grow the accounts that you own.

Key Responsibilities

* Pre-Sales Value Quantification

o Build clear value cases using blp's value frameworks, templates, and benchmarks.

o Translate customer goals into quantified automation potential and ROI.

o Lead C-level discussions, validate assumptions, and challenge customer inputs.

o Create precise Excel-based financial models and concise PowerPoint value narratives.

o Increase win rates and shorten sales cycles by selling through value quantification.

* Post-Sales Value Realization

o Own the proof-of-product execution for enterprise accounts.

o Run blp Max reviews and report realized value.

o Validate assumptions against live customer data and adjust the value roadmap.

o Identify expansion triggers and partner with sales to grow existing accounts.

o Provide structured feedback to engineering on recurring value patterns and product improvements.

* Client Ownership

o Act as a trusted advisor with strong business logic and data literacy.

o Coordinate stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, IT, Logistics, and Sales.

o Communicate results in a clear, consultant-style format to the C-level.

o Learn from the largest cross-industry clients, with a focus on Swiss and DACH enterprise customers.

* Internal Collaboration

o Use blp's playbooks and refine them with insights from the field.

o Work at the intersection of the whole company (sales, project implementation, and engineering).

o Become a trusted internal expert by focusing on product or ERP expertise.

Success metrics for this role

* Signed revenue & churn prevention

* Accuracy and credibility of value models

* Proof-of-product success rate

* Expansion opportunities identified and validated

* Quality and frequency of actionable product feedback

Qualifications

* You have 2–5 years in strategy consulting, solution engineering, business analytics, or a similar field.

* You have strong communication and structured problem-solving skills.

* You have a high affinity for technology and AI, with a basic understanding of databases and workflows.

* You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

* You have experience leading customer discussions with senior stakeholders.

* You can work independently in a fast-growing scale-up with high ownership expectations.

* You have business-level German and English.
