Job Description
HR Administration
* Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.
* Prepare HR-related documentation (contracts, amendments, letters).
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
Employee Relations & Support
* Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
* Support HR initiatives such as engagement surveys, training sessions, and internal communications.
* Assist in organizing employee events and wellness activities.
Reporting & Compliance
* Generate regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, absence).
* Support audits and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
* Monitor and track mandatory trainings and certifications.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in an HR support role, ideally within FMCG or a fast-paced industry.
* Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors).
* Knowledge of Swiss labor law is a plus.
