**HR Administrator Role Overview**
We are seeking an experienced HR Services Senior Specialist to join our team in Basel. The successful candidate will provide first-level support to employees regarding HR administrative questions, including time and absence management.
Responsibilities:
* Administer the employee life-cycle: onboarding, employee transfers, and exit procedures.
* Issue employment contracts, contract amendments, and other contractual documents based on input from HR Business Partners and/or Directors.
* Ensure all necessary work permits are requested on time and liaise with relevant authorities.
Further Responsibilities Include:
* Interface with HR Business Partners/Directors, payroll, and other internal stakeholders.
* Manage time and absence management systems, taking action in consultation with employees and line managers.
* Build relationships and networks at various levels.
* Participate or lead smaller projects across the HR Services team.
* Focus on implementing business improvement efficiencies and reducing complexities in related HR processes.
* Support the monthly payroll process.
**Requirements:**
* Apprenticeship in administration (KV) and a further education in Human Resources Management (e.g., Eidg. Dipl. Personalfachmann/-frau).
* A minimum of 4 years' experience in HR Administration in a multinational environment.
* Applied knowledge of Swiss Labor Law, social insurance, and tax system regulations.
* Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
* Full-time presence onsite is required.
