Your mission
In this versatile role, you will support our notaries in all notarial matters. You will independently or under guidance prepare deeds and other legal documents, handle estate settlements, maintain notarial registers and client escrow accounts, be responsible for invoicing, and communicate daily with national and international clients and authorities. In addition, you will draft and edit general correspondence, primarily in German.
Your profile
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual with a commercial background in notarial services. Professional experience in the notarial field and a completed advanced training leading to the Federal Certificate for Notary Clerks are advantageous. You have a strong talent for precise and diligent work, act responsibly, and keep an overview even in hectic situations. You possess excellent written and spoken German skills and ideally good knowledge of French and English.
