Title
Analyst – Trade Finance Solutions (TFS)
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Global TFS Commercial Teams to identify opportunities for new products or enhancements to existing structures.
* Ensure all structures and products remain aligned with TFS principles: true sale/de-recognition, tax efficiency, low legal/regulatory risk.
* Drive internal approval processes across central functions.
* Maintain and enhance a library of term sheets, product documentation, and approvals.
* Support commercial teams in securing single‑risk credit insurance capacity.
* Build strong relationships with Bunge’s exclusive broker and underwriters.
* Maintain policy wording libraries, indicative capacity data, and quote benchmarks.
* Manage the end‑to‑end insurance submission process, including monitoring hit ratios and response timelines.
* Support binding processes and coordinate claim handling with relevant functions.
Qualifications
* At least a few years of experience in trade finance, structured finance, credit insurance, or commodity finance.
* Strong preference for experience directly linked to the commodity sector.
* Solid technical understanding of instruments such as letters of credit, prepayments, receivables, inventory financing, and commodity finance structures.
* Familiarity with credit insurance or single‑risk policies is a strong advantage.
* Experience managing transactions and improving deal structures.
* Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working with stakeholders across multiple functions.
* A dynamic, curious, and proactive mindset—able to navigate complexity, handle pressure, and drive outcomes.
* Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus.
