Your Role:
* Lead hydropower projects and sub-projects from preliminary studies to planning and implementation phases.
* Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and external specialized consultants.
* Ensure projects meet technical, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
* Contribute to sustainable energy solutions that support seasonal storage and reliable winter electricity supply.
Your Profile:
* Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (ETH/FH) with specialization in hydraulic or geotechnical engineering
* 5+ years of experience in planning and executing hydraulic or underground structures
* Proven project management experience as a planner, client representative, or contractor
* Strong interest in related fields: electromechanics, energy industry, environmental and legal aspects
* Dynamic, flexible, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-evolving environment
* Able to work independently and in multidisciplinary project teams
* Native French or German speaker, good command of the other language (min. B1)
