About the Role
We are looking for a
Desktop Support Engineer (Intune SME)
with strong expertise in
End-User Computing (EUC)
to join our team in Solihull. The role involves managing large-scale laptop and desktop infrastructures, providing advanced support, and assisting with
SCCM to Intune migration projects
.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide
desktop support
for laptops, desktops, and end-user devices.
* Manage and support
Intune environments
across large-scale infrastructures.
* Support and lead
SCCM to Intune migration projects
(preferred).
* Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues related to Intune, SCCM, and EUC.
* Monitor and maintain device security, policies, and compliance.
* Collaborate with IT teams to improve EUC operations and end-user experience.
Skills & Experience Required
* Strong experience in
desktop/end-user support
with expertise in Intune.
* Hands-on experience with
SCCM to Intune migration
(preferred).
* Solid background managing
large-scale laptop/desktop infrastructures
.
* Knowledge of device compliance policies, patch management, and app deployment.
* Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
