Business Process Owner Payroll and Time Management (f/m/d)
What You Will Do
* Take on the role of Business Process Owner for Payroll and Time Management during the implementation of SAP PCE in Switzerland
* Coordinate test plans, conduct test runs including UAT, and support troubleshooting
* Manage defects and ticket triage during testing, hypercare, and operations
* Ensure smooth operation of the SAP PCE system for Payroll and Time Management for Switzerland
* Ensure harmonized and legally compliant processes within the Axpo Group and support internal and external audits
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and translate requirements into technical solutions for IT
Workload: 80–100%
Temporary for 6 months
What You Bring & Who You Are
* Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
* Several years of experience with SAP HCM or PCE
* In-depth knowledge of Swiss payroll and time management
* Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Fluent in German and English
* Ideally, experience with international HR projects and digital transformation initiatives
