Responsibilities Integrated into the fiduciary/institutional team, you will take charge of the complete accounting management of real estate companies with a cross-functional and structured approach. Complete management of the accounting for real estate companies (from A to Z), Management of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, Preparation of financial statements and reports, Monitoring of VAT with real estate teams and management for grouping projects, and interaction with auditors, authorities, and external partners. Accountant profile (CFC, federal diploma confirmed in a fiduciary environment in Switzerland (3-5 years), Comfortable managing multiple legal entities, Strong interest in a specialized real estate scope, stable and structured, Ability to work autonomously with high reliability, Proficiency with accounting tools (Abacus / Abaimmo X), Service-oriented mindset.
