We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior IT Specialist (100%) to oversee and support our organization's technology infrastructure. This individual will play a key role in maintaining the performance, security, and scalability of IT systems while leading complex projects and providing guidance to junior team members.
Your Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st and 2nd level support to the organization on-site or remotely.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business goals.
* Manage, maintain, and support enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud services. Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement or potential failure.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues across multiple platforms.
* Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
* Manage telecommunications systems, including VoIP, PBX, and telephony infrastructure.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory, MS-Exchange, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise platforms.
* Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure system security and compliance.
Your Profile:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, telecom management, or similar experience.
* Fluent in German and English, French and/or Italian is a plus.
* Strong expertise in Windows server environments, networking (LAN/WAN), and cloud platforms (Azure).
* Solid understanding in network architecture and tools.
* Experience with enterprise tools such as SCCM, Intune, Office 365
* Problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
* IT Certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
