APCOA Switzerland AG is looking to strengthen its team in Basel as a Sales Representative in Parking Management (m/f/d):
Your Tasks
* You acquire service contracts in the area of parking space management in Switzerland
* You are responsible for identifying, building and maintaining regional accounts in the private sector and support them from the initial contact to the successful conclusion of the contract
* You carry out market, potential and location analyses and prepare profitability calculations
* You work on product development and create service and product offers for existing and new customers
* You will continuously conduct analyses of the relevant market and initiate necessary adjustments at Park & Control PAC Switzerland GmbH
* You participate in specialist trade fairs, forums and congresses
What You Bring With You
* You have experience in real estate sales/real estate-related services or already have b2b sales experience and have a real estate training
* You have a strong customer focus and live a true service mentality
* Your working style is result-oriented and independent
* You show initiative and a high degree of self-motivation
* You think commercially and have negotiating skills
* You are willing to travel and have a category B driving license
* You are fluent in German and have good written and spoken English skills. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
* Understanding and speaking Swiss German is a must
