Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main contact for assigned customer accounts, addressing inquiries and managing relationships
* Facilitate the exchange of information between customers and manufacturing units to ensure timely updates
* Oversee the entire order management process, including order collection, creation of purchase requests, and confirmation of production schedules
* Monitor orders throughout the delivery cycle to ensure on-time, complete delivery to clients
* Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, updates, and queries
* Manage customer invoicing details and ensure accuracy in billing processes
* Maintain high-quality customer and product master data within internal systems
* Drive ongoing improvements to standard operating procedures and work instructions
* Collaborate with planning teams by collecting customer forecasts to support operational planning
* Provide regular reports on key performance indicators such as on-time delivery rates, backorder levels, and customer satisfaction metrics
