Job Description The position to be filled is aimed at a professional capable of ensuring quality, organisation and rigour on a daily basis. The Cook will be a key player in team coordination and production. The establishment values teamwork, collaboration and culinary excellence. The Cook works in the kitchen and service, with a volume of 200 to 300 menus per day spread over three concepts. They plan and implement Mobile Cook, supervise the production of sandwiches, salad buffets and catering services. As the hygiene, quality and maintenance referent, they also manage orders and inventories. The hours are Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm with some exceptional evening shifts.
Profile sought We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in collective catering, ideally Eldora, with recognised and structured management. The person must be well presented, discreet and able to collaborate with other chefs and support services. A global vision of the activity, organisational skills and a team spirit are essential. Autonomy and reliability are indispensable qualities for this position.
