Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for Team Leaders (M/F)Building Team Leader
Your missions and responsibilities
Ensure the smooth running of building works,
conversion and minor civil engineering.
Mastery of site management and supervision,
equipment management, orders, calculation of material needs,
team management (8 to 15 people), layout, quality control, DT meetings, compliance with and application of safety rules,
reading plans, formwork of vertical and horizontal elements,
traditional formwork, metal formwork (Meva), shutters,
reinforcement, stripping, re-dressing, vibrating, concrete,
bricklaying, installation of prefabricated and traditional stairs,
renovation, finishing, exposed concrete etc.
Machine operator or crane driver licence is a plus.
You motivate a team of workers to carry out the work in accordance with our requirements and those of our clients.
We expect
You are a conscientious, dynamic person, showing initiative and with extensive experience in the relevant fields.
You hold a team leader diploma as well as several years of experience, ideally in Switzerland, in team management.
Your previous positions have demonstrated your interpersonal skills and your tact; moreover, you ensure strict application of safety rules.
