In this context, it has tasked us with the recruitment of a Technician / Site Manager GC – Building. In this role, you will be responsible for managing civil engineering and building projects from start to finish. You will operate autonomously on various construction sites, with direct responsibility for technical and financial monitoring, as well as the coordination of various stakeholders. Main Responsibilities: Develop estimates and bids, manage calls for tenders, and conduct technical interviews. Consult, compare, and participate with suppliers and subcontractors. Plan and direct construction projects in collaboration with the project manager. Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors on the construction sites. Ensure safety on the sites and ensure compliance with current standards and regulations. Guarantee the conformity of projects to applicable Swiss laws, directives, and standards. Maintain regular contact with partner companies and stakeholders. Participate in technical meetings and resolve ongoing issues. Monitor costs, timelines, and the quality of work execution. Ensure financial follow-up of the sites, including measurements, billing, monthly reports, and profiling. You hold a degree in civil engineering, building, or equivalent experience in site management, project management, and monitoring. Comfortable in the areas of estimates, bids, and tender management, you know how to coordinate technical, financial, and organizational aspects. You work independently, reliably, and in a structured manner, with a professional attitude oriented towards solutions and quality execution.
