Position Overview
The CP-DL law firm is looking for a young lawyer, with up to three years of work experience after graduation, to join its team full-time at the Bissone office (Lugano, Switzerland).
The candidate will work alongside the firm's professionals, primarily handling extrajudicial matters related to investment fund law in the private equity sector, corporate law, M&A, regulatory and contract law. Due to the international and cross-border nature of our advisory activity, we work predominantly in English.
Requirements
* Master's Degree in Law obtained from an Italian or Swiss university with a final grade of at least 105/110 (Italy) or magna cum laude (Switzerland)
* Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written, at least C1 level)
* Strong interest in commercial international law matters, precision, proactiveness and a team-oriented attitude
* Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
