The role requires strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal departments and external customers, as well as a commitment to continuous improvement of demand planning processes. /p /brpThe candidate will be responsible for managing the following activities: /p /brul /brliBudget Forecast Support: Assist in the preparation of budget and forecast sessions by providing accurate demand insights and data-driven recommendations. /li /brliOrder Evaluation: Assess extra-forecast orders based on profitability, ensuring alignment with business objectives and supply chain capabilities. /li /brliDemand Analysis: Analyze historical demand data to identify trends, seasonality, and patterns that influence future demand forecasts. /li /brliProduct Life Cycle Management: Support the business lines supply planners to properly manage the forecast of products in Phase In/Phase Out. /li /brliData Management KPI Calculation: Utilize PowerQuery to manage large datasets, calculate key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare data for Sales Operations Planning (SOP) meetings. /li /brliCollaboration Communication: Serve as key liaison between branches and internal departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance, ensuring alignment and transparency in demand planning processes. /li /brliContinuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of demand planning activities. /li /br /ul /brh3Hard Skills /h3 /brul /brliBachelor’s degree in Management Engineering/Logistics/Supply Chain. /li /brliFluent in English. /li /brliExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
