As a Software Engineer at Zucchetti Switzerland SA, you will be responsible for developing new applications and products. Your role includes designing and coding components to meet specifications, ensuring efficiency, functionality, and a positive user experience.

Your responsibilities :
1. Develop, engineer, and integrate components.
2. Follow user experience guidelines.
3. Address known security vulnerabilities, applying security by design.
4. Provide advanced technical support for components.
5. Resolve issues during testing and post-deployment.
6. Align IT strategies with business goals.
7. Streamline processes, procedures, and workflows, ensuring consistent implementation.
8. Engage stakeholders in developing new processes and verify feasibility.
9. Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate benefits.
10. Hold a BA in computer science or equivalent technical education.
11. Have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
12. Possess knowledge of programming principles and Microsoft technologies or similar stacks.
13. Understand code quality assurance concepts.
14. Analyze software bugs and debug effectively.
15. Define and interpret technical requirements.
16. Monitor technology trends.
17. Solve technical problems using digital tools.
18. Implement decisions to improve product and service quality.
19. Identify strategies to achieve targeted results.
20. Work efficiently within tight deadlines, managing time and tasks effectively.
21. Analyze problems to identify causes and develop solutions.
22. Demonstrate analytical skills and good communication.
23. Show good team spirit.
24. Possess strong written and verbal skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
25. Preferred: Microsoft certifications.
26. Experience in API design and web services development (REST), preferably in C# with .NET.
27. Knowledge of Azure and cloud technologies is an asset.
