Responsibilities
* Take ownership of the sales function : prepare, articulate, and execute a clear sales strategy; manage a sales team.
* Continuously refine the go-to-market approach for services, adapting to regional market conditions and client expectations.
* Build and expand a strong network within mid-sized to large enterprises .
* Identify and a cquire new customers in target regions; proactively generate leads and pursue opportunities.
* Collaborate with sales team members, technical experts, and project managers throughout the sales cycle.
* Stay informed on industry trends and challenges to position AI, Data, and software services effectively.
* Work with marketing to plan and participate in campaigns, conferences, and events.
* Track sales metrics and pipeline status; provide regular updates to management.
Qualifications
* 10+ years of success in IT services sales and business development .
* Fluent in German and English .
* Strong understanding of AI, Data, Cloud technologies, and modern IT trends.
* Proven ability to develop strategies, lead teams (a plus but not necassary), and close major deals .
* Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and networking skills.
* Strategic and analytical thinking.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Englisch and German
* Enthusiasm and goal orientation.
* Commitment, trustworthiness, and team spirit.
* Adaptability and willingness to travel regularly.
* Business Fluent in English and German
