Your main tasks:
* Ensure the delivery of diverse services such as Facility Management, Workplace Management, Building Technology, Hospitality, Mailroom, and Daily Cleaning at a top level
* Advise and support the client as a single point of contact
* Hold regular meetings with clients, contractors, and key partners, including creating reports and presentations
* Fully responsible for budgets and costs
* Regularly review and ensure quality standards, initiate and monitor optimization measures
* Continuously optimize operations and processes, including SOPs and KPIs
* Develop supplier relationships and oversee invoicing procedures, review and approve orders for parts, services, and labor
* Lead personnel and technical staff, including recruiting, supporting, and developing employees
* Coordinate and lead projects
Your profile:
* Degree in Facility Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or similar, with relevant further training in Facility Management
* Extensive professional and leadership experience in 5-star hospitality and integrated facility management or in a service sector with a clear connection to facility management
* Clear and motivating leadership style
* Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
* Proficient in MS Office and familiar with various internal tools
* High customer orientation, strong quality standards, goal and solution orientation, discretion, and professional demeanor
* Impeccable background (criminal and debt register)
