To complete our social service and low vision department (SSRBV), we are looking for a:Low Vision and Social Service ManagerYou ensure the management and development of the SSRBV, guaranteeing the quality and continuity of visual rehabilitation services within the institution and have the following responsibilities:The activity rate includes a portion dedicated to clinical activity in connection with low vision rehabilitation.Manage the service and supervise the teams- Lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately 15 people, composed in particular of occupational therapists specializing in low vision, optometrists, orthoptists, and social workers.- Promote an interprofessional dynamic and a collaborative work environment in close cooperation with the staff to guarantee the efficiency of processes and the quality and continuity of care.- Ensure the coordination and monitoring of visual rehabilitation follow-ups.- Ensure the transversality of the patient pathway in connection with clinical teams and other entities of the institution.- Monitor activity and quality indicators of the service.Contribute to the development of the low vision sector- Pilot continuous improvement projects aimed at strengthening the efficiency and quality of services.- Contribute to the development of a low vision HUB within the hospital, in collaboration with healthcare professionals.- Optimize processes and early referral of people at risk of visual impairment.- Develop and maintain close relationships with the various entities of the institution as well as with partners in the care network and the social sector.Profile- HES degree in occupational therapy and a university degree in a relevant field, particularly in health, social sciences, or management.- Confirmed experience in team management in an interdisciplinary context.- Leadership and ability to mobilize professionals with complementary expertise.- Experience or marked interest in the field of low vision and rehabilitation.We offer you- An enriching activity within a dynamic environment where you can showcase your talents.- Salary conditions in line with your skills.- Activity rate: 80% - 100%- Contract type: Permanent- Start date: To be agreed- Workplace: Jules-Gonin Ophthalmic Hospital, Lausanne- Salary: According to DECFO standards jidf631884aen jit0418aen jpiy26aen
