We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Marketing & Business Development Manager
to lead and deliver strategic and operational marketing support to LIFENCY's clients, while contributing to the further growth of LIFENCY itself.
This is a
remote position based in Switzerland
, with occasional travel to customers.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies for biotech, pharma and life science clients.
Manage operational marketing activities: digital campaigns, social media, marketing automation, newsletters, and analytics.
Create impactful visual and video content (Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools).
Oversee websites and digital engagement platforms.
Support business development activities: presentations, proposals, and networking.
Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
Contribute to LIFENCY's own business expansion through new ideas and initiatives.
Your Profile
5–10 years of experience in marketing within healthcare, biotech, pharma, or life sciences.
Proven ability to manage both strategy and execution.
Strong design and video production skills (Adobe Suite or similar).
Solid experience with digital marketing, analytics, and automation tools.
Excellent communication skills in English (French, German or Italian a plus).
Entrepreneurial mindset: autonomous, proactive, and creative.
Must be based in Switzerland, with flexibility to travel for client meetings.
