We are seeking an exceptional Consumer Insights Manager to join our Strategy team. This role is responsible for delivering results while fulfilling the key aspects of the position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the learning agenda of multiple brands in the portfolio, identifying learning gaps and opportunities to inform commercialization success.
* Partner with Brand teams to execute research flawlessly and foster value-adding working relationships.
* Develop clear communications of research results and business implications.
* Manage the CSI budget to maximize resources and investments.
Additional responsibilities include developing and building CSI capabilities and best practices, contributing to building consumer knowledge across brands, and collaborating with Global CSI counterparts.
Requirements:
* Minimum 7-8 years market research experience, gained on the client side or in a research/consulting agency.
* Strong track-record in generating and deploying consumer-driven insights with impact.
* Relevant industry experience: FMCG, Beauty, Apparel & Footwear, and/or Retail brands.
Desirable Skills:
* Proficiency in consumer research methodologies (Quant and Qual) in areas such as category segmentation, brand building, marketing communication/media, product development and qualification, shopper insights, retail on- and off-line customer experience, consumer journey mapping etc.
* Experience with working with self-serve research platforms/dashboards.
* Working knowledge of analytical tools e.g. Google Analytics, social listening platforms etc.
* Ability to collect, analyze, and present data and insights in a clear manner.
