Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement commercial toolkits that elevate the in-store brand experience and drive partnership opportunities with retailers.
* Create compelling presentations and sell-in decks that bring marketing campaigns to life for customers.
* Build templates, videos, and visual assets that showcase key global activations and align consumer campaigns with trade activations.
* Contribute to defining channel policy globally and explore opportunities in alternative channels.
* Design in-store concepts that engage shoppers and translate marketing campaigns into retail theatre.
* Re-engineer Point-of-Sale (POS) materials to reflect modernity and the playful nature of the brand.
This role plays a pivotal part in connecting Brand Strategy with Shopper Activation, Sales Team, and Retail Execution. It requires strong commercial storytelling skills, excellent shopper understanding, creativity in POS development, and project management expertise.
